Our business models
Louvre Hotels works with three business models: hotel owners can franchise their hotel to one of the Louvre Hotels brands and then manage the hotel, franchisees can arrange for Louvre Hotels to manage the hotel on their behalf and, for a minority of our estate, Louvre Hotels owns and manages the properties.
Franchise with Louvre Hotels and we’ll be with you every step of the way, from helping you obtain financing through training your staff at our dedicated training college to joining our extensive marketing campaigns and booking systems.
About a third of the Louvre Hotels estate comprises hotels that are managed by Louvre Hotels on behalf of their owners. For many investors this is a simple and highly effective way of maximising income generation from their assets.
By 2012 Louvre Hotels plans to have 2,000 hotels and 120,000 rooms in its portfolio. Although much of that growth will come through franchise opportunities, the purchase of sites and of appropriate properties will be part of our expansion. |
